Zones and costs

We deliver to all 27 European Union countries and Monaco. Tracked shipping is free.

Territories outside the EU tax area (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Åland Islands, Mount Athos…) may charge local taxes when the parcel arrives.

Live outside the European Union (UK, Switzerland, United States, Canada…)? We don't deliver to your country yet, but we're adding new ones step by step: email us at contact@swordsmoke.com to be the first to know.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared within [X] business days, then delivered in [X to Y] business days depending on the destination. As soon as your order ships, you get an email with your tracking number. You can also track it at any time on the Track my order page, with your reference (SS-…) and your email.

Receiving your parcel

The sword ships in a long box (about 106 cm). Check the parcel when it arrives: if it's damaged, report it to the carrier and send us photos at contact@swordsmoke.com within 48 hours.

Returns (14 days)

  1. Email us at contact@swordsmoke.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number.
  2. Send the complete product back (sword, scabbard, cable, accessories) in its packaging, within 14 days of your request, to the address we give you.
  3. We refund you no later than 14 days after your request, once we have received the product or proof that you sent it.

Return shipping costs are paid by you [to be confirmed]. The withdrawal form is in the appendix of our terms of sale.

Faulty product

Light won't turn on, no smoke despite filling it correctly, a part broken on arrival? Contact us with a short video: we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund under the legal guarantee of conformity.
